What are the shipping times?

We take 48 hours to process your order before dispatching it. Delivery takes between 7 and 10 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for worldwide.

Where can I find my order confirmation?

Can I cancel my order?

We start processing your order as soon as we receive it. If you contact us immediately after placing your order at, we may be able to cancel it before it is processed. If this is not possible, we recommend that you follow the withdrawal process after receiving your order by completing the withdrawal form available in Appendix 2 of our General Terms and Conditions.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You may return any item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. We also offer free exchanges in the event of non-delivery by the carrier or in the event of an anomaly reported within 30 days of receipt of your order. What should I do if I've received a damaged item?

We're sorry to hear about this. Please send us proof of the damaged item within 30 days of receipt to and we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible. If you do not require a replacement, you can complete the withdrawal form in Appendix 2 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale to obtain a full refund without having to return the damaged item.

How do I return an item?

Contact our customer service department at If the return is made within 30 days of receipt and meets our return criteria, it will be 100% free of charge. We'll send you a prepaid Colissimo label.

How long does it take to get my money back?

We undertake to process refunds within 14 days of receipt of your return request, provided that the items are returned in the required condition. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment you used to place your order.
